Christopher Robert Evans, born June 13, 1981, is an American actress. His acting career started with TV parts, which included Opposite Sext in the year 2000. Evans gained fame for his portrayal of The Human Torch Marvel Comics character in the film Fantastic Four, and the sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans appeared in further the film adaptations of comics and graphic novels such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2010) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). In addition to his role as Steve Rogers/Captain America Evans was recognized for his work in his appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2015) as well as Captain America: Civil War. In the Marvel Universe, his character as Steve Rogers / Captain America made him the world's highest paid actor.
